He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the esteemed National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan in 2002, 2004, and 2010, respectively. Commencing his academic journey in 2012, he assumed the role of Assistant Professor at Tainan University of Technology, a position affiliated with both the General Education Center and the Department of Business Administration. His career trajectory saw him ascend to the rank of Associate Professor in 2018, further culminating in his promotion to the rank of Professor in 2022, thereby establishing himself as an eminent academic within the institution. In addition to his faculty roles, he has effectively discharged administrative responsibilities including that of Directorship for the General Education Center and the Language Training Center. At present, Dr. Chang occupies the esteemed position of Director at the Institute of Research and Development within Tainan University of Applied Sciences. His principal research pursuits revolve around the domains of coastal engineering, numerical simulations, partial differential equations, and the arena of green management.
